YUM. The only way I can describe this salad. This is my go to and one of my absolute all time ultimate favs.
There’s something about the flavoursome chicken, combined with creamy dreamy homemade mayo and Culley’s Chipotle Sauce that my palate just really agrees with. I eat this salad often and its regularly featured on my blog.
So what on earth is a buddha bowl? I’ve seen buddha bowls around a lot recently, so went I came to realise they were essentially a bowl of veg and protein that you assemble from odds and ends in your fridge and pantry, I knew it was something I could get behind.
So yeah, this recipe ticks ALL of the boxes! I’m a huge fan of sundried tomatoes and when you pair them with a creamy sauce, chicken and basil then you know it’s going to be delicious.
How good are muffins!? To me, muffins are such a delicious little cake (and I LOVE cake) that is super portable and gives you that sweet treat you’re looking for – especially if you’re new to a real food lifestyle and missing your sugar.
We all know by now that cauliflower is a miracle low carb ingredient delivered directly into our hands by the gods. The smell of preparing it is worth it for the foods we can make from it, and so on and so forth.
These sloppy joes are definitely workplace friendly and reheatable the next day. You could definitely meal prep them, however if weight loss is your goal then I wouldn’t eat them more than 2-3 times a week. These are fab for that carb hit from the kumara and a much better source of carbohydrate than bread!
